David is a second generation real estate professional since 2001 who worked alongside his mother, Marguerite Rose Carty who founded Carty Realty in 1970. After Marguerite’s passing in 2005, David became the principal broker/owner of Carty Realty. Under David’s guidance Carty Realty has surpassed 200 million dollars in Sales since 2001. 

His reputation for professionalism is well-known having grown up in the Bonnet Shores Community of Narragansett. David has a degree in Human Resource Management from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI. He is an avid basketball player who is active on many local teams. David, his wife Meghan and their two children reside in the pier area of Narragansett.
